A collection of artifacts I've created over the years to support collaborative solutioning and delivery
Most clients and teams are highly focused and informed on their part of a product or business. They often lack the time, expertise, or desire to understand the nuance of other practices. As a systems thinker and advocate for the users involved (internal and external) I am quite interested in learning all I can about all aspects of an ecosystem the delivers an experience to someone.
These understandable gaps in context cause all manner of miscommunication and competing priorities. A visual is often quite effective at highlighting the overlap of systemic variables and how they will impact the success of delivery teams on executing their work, and the success of end users on finding value in the product or solution being produced. These examples, in varying levels of polish, show ways that I have brought clarity and unity as teams come together toward shared goals.
